The United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims is a national court of record, established under Article I of the Constitution of the United States. The Court has exclusive jurisdiction to provide judicial review of final decisions by the Board of Veterans' Appeals, an entity within the Department of Veterans Affairs. The Court uses Breezing's Content Management Solution to update their proceedings daily. Breezing also created solutions to integrate legacy database tools and solutions into the new website.
The University of Virginia Patent Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation that evaluates intellectual property generated in the course of research at UVA, seeks to protect those inventions that show commercial potential, and licenses those rights to industry. The Patent Foundation uses the Breezing CMS to keep their website fresh and up-to-date.
